HP Sears are fast talkers. They ask you for some personal information and when you want to know what it's regarding they say "sorry we cant tell you unless you give us your personal information"...

Horrible after hours - Have called for four days in a row and no one picks up. I can only call after five and I get no support or help but annoying calls during my work hours. Not flexible not helpful

Won't let you pay in cash, won't let you pay by check, won't let you come in to their location to pay in person, but by damn they're more than happy to allow you to pay by phone for an extra 3%...
