History
I was one of the few journalism graduates to have a job as a reporter by the time I graduated with my bachelor's degree. I ran with it, winning numerous awards, including an Emmy, before moving to Berlin to become a foreign correspondent. CBS News, Radio carried my reports in the United States. Along the way I earned an Advanced Certificate to Teach English to Speakers of Other Languages, a CTESOL. I've taught at some of the highest levels of business and government, including at the Berlin Senate and the Berlin College of Economics and Law. Certified to test for Intercultural competence in English, I also teach German as well as TOEFL courses.
