Originally we were started as a for profit company called Tech Savvy DOCs back in 2009. However after all of these years we have found that there is nothing really out there for the low income community; so we decided to step up and attempt to tackle this genre of clients because we believe everyone should be able to afford repair services. We provide Computer Repair, Cell Phone Repair, Tablet Repair and more to our local Residential and Business community at substantially reduced rates due to us being a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable company.

went to drop off my tablet for repairs. The place was locked up with no way to get it. tried calling numerous times only to get voice mail. Would not recommend this business.

They fixed a bose noise cancelling earphone for me. Quick turnaround. Reasonable price. Bose doesnt fix and another company said they couldnt fix because it was a closed system. So I was left with...
