This business stems from a family of builders that were established in Midtown and East Sacramento starting in the late 1800's. William and Joseph Saunders were prolific builders in the 1920's-1940's and built many of the properties that we still own such as 3300 J St. and 3545 J St. Lou and Francis Heinrich (William's daughter) grew the business until the late 1980's when Lou Heinrich Jr. took over. Currently the business is managed by Lou Jr. and his nephew Paul Droubay.
