Poor customer service. Switched reps on me after 6 years and the new rep 'Kayli' was horrible. Poor communication, lack of creativity and general ineptitude. Will never do business with them again.

It seems once they get your business they no longer care about you. My last agent with Heffernan would seldom return phone calls and when she did she never had the correct information. Useless!...
