Their procedure does not work! They dispensed a $5,000 set of hearing aids which were NOT calibrated. My wife had to wait 2 weeks for a follow up appointment before they were properly calibrated.

Employees are rude and seem entitled. Psudo Dr. who did hearing test accused my aunt of using q-tips in her ears, as if she were a child. No appointment? Forget it!
