The receptionist is rude, unfriendly and never answers the phone when you call. Then when you are in office, she acts like it's a complete inconvenience you're there. They aren't there to help...

The older woman at the front desk is extremely rude. There's no customer service whatsoever. She rarely answers the phone when I call. I find this establish establishment to be substandard.

I wish I had never gone to this place. I cannot get any service for my expensive Oticon hearing aids which I purchased there. The soonest date I can get for cleaning/tune-up or any questions...

My oticon hearing aids didn't work anymore and the left one is out for repair for 1 to 2 weeks and they do not offer a loaner. I only bought them August 2023.
