If they held more classes, I would be a regular member. They only have two classes, one of which is geared towards injury and recovery. The other one I attend is a good pace- for all levels,...

Beautiful space, kind lovely instructor. Classes offered hatha, restorative. Would be seasoned to have some vinyasa flow classes. Lovely place to build community
