History

Dr. Abramson has been practicing as an Audiologist in Southern California since 1979. After working in the office of many of the best Ear Doctors in Califorinia, like Dr. William House, she founded Abramson Audiology in 1990 as her own private practice. Dr. Abramson is regarded as an expert witness in audiology, auditory processing and diagnostic assessments. She is on staff at several hospitals with extensive experience in auditory processing. She provides educational audiology services to many of the school districts in Orange County. In 2000, Dr. Abramson wrote the Basic Auditory Training Program (BAT) which provides assessment and therapy for children with auditory processing weaknesses. In 2002, Dr. Abramson founded Hear Now, a California Corporation. She moved into her current office in Laguna Niguel, installed a double-wall, sound insulated, large testing booth and has served her patients from this office ever since.
