Jay B. Mills began his insurance career in 1957, writing Life, Group, Commercial, and Personal Insurance coverages. The business was incorporated in 1973. The agency started writing Associations in 1978 for such organizations as the Dental Laboratory Owners Association of California, the California Optical Laboratories Association and the Independent Sir Speedy Printers Owners Association of California. These Associations were the catalyst for the expansion of insurance services in California, as well as in Arizona, and Nevada. Today, Jay B.
