Founded by Paul and Sarah Zwetsloot in 2002, Health Quest Physical Therapy & Fitness Center is a family owned, family operated business. After selling their home in the Napa Valley and moving to the Hammond Ranch area of Weed to raise their family, Paul H. Zwetsloot, MPT created Health Quest Physical Therapy as a place to merge his physical therapy practice with a 24 hour gym/fitness center - dedicated to enriching the health and wellness of the community of this beautiful Siskiyou County.

Specialties

Our physical therapist has 25 years of experience with sports therapy, rehab, and more. In addition, we have a fully equipped fitness center open to members 24/7 with monthly memberships starting at $40.
