History

I have been a self-employed plumbing contractor for over 30 years in my home state of Texas and in the Bay Area. I have been in the Bay Area for 20 of those years. I operated as Stan the Plumber Man for most of that time, but now register my business under the California C-36 license as Hawkman Plumbing Company because so many of my customers are aware of my avocation as a local bander and researcher on birds of prey (hawks, owls, etc). I am internationally known for my raptor work, but locally known as a plumber with many years experience. Many of my customers seem to enjoy hearing about raptors and my work with them.

Specialties

I do all phases of plumbing, including residential and commercial. I repair, remodel or replace all plumbing fixtures and fittings. I do new construction and remodels. I do gas lines for kitchens, fireplaces, clothes dryers, etc. I snake drains and sewers, I serve rural as well as suburban and urban areas. I install conventional or tankless water heaters as well as recirculating pumps for quick hot water on demand. I install low-flow, water-saver toilets and faucets. I also have experience with restaurant plumbing and various commercial and institutional applications.
