The firm was originally established in 1933 as Law Offices of Philip Stein. In 2005, the firm merged its practice with the Law Offices of Elon A. Pollack, P.C. The firm limits its practice exclusively to U.S. Customs and International Trade Law and related matters. It is headquartered in Los Angeles, and also maintains offices in San Diego, Washington, D.C., and, Shanghai, P.R.C.
