Major projects have included PRE's selection by BNSF to provide advance planning of signal systems for the Seattle to Tacoma Commuter Rail Project. The signal construction estimates for this project exceed $65 million and consists of two, three, and four main track signal systems. PRE provided conceptual drawings, detailed conduit and equipment location drawings, construction estimates, and product specifications. PRE also provided design services for the construction of 12 large control points located between Los Angeles and Norwalk in conjunction with the Alameda Corridor Project.
