Great spot! It's located up the stairs when you enter through the lobby of 1900 Ocean. It has good AC, comfy chairs, yummy food, and a great view of the water.

Got the chance to go here for brunch and really enjoyed it! The fried chicken sandwich was so yummy! I think it's actually the best I've had!
