Property managers are not helpful, not consistent. They write leases where anything that goes wrong is the tenants fault and is the tenants responsibility to pay for repairs. They run your credit...

Please read this before you do business with this company. Their contracts in my opinion are fraudulent. We haven't had water in our units for months. The building are old and are falling apart...
