HistoryMichael founded the Law Offices of Michael S. Martin, PC in 2009 after serving as the youngest Deputy District Attorney at San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor he handled over 500 arraignments, 40 cases to resolution, and five jury trials. One of which, he served as the second chair attorney to Homicide DDA Israels (now Judge Israels), for a six week special circumstance homicide trial that resulted in convictions on all charges and a sentence of life without possibility of parole. Michael started his first office in the Central Valley in Northern California. Kate Petersen joined the firm in 2011 and was brought aboard by Michael due to his respect for Kate in observing her work quality and professionalism while working together at Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office.SpecialtiesWelcome to the Law Offices of Michael S.
