The Harbor Regional Center is a private, nonprofit corporation that serves individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The center provides early childhood and adult training sessions, as well as organizes workshops, seminars and sessions by guest speakers on topics related to infant programs and parenting skills. It specializes in early and behavioral intervention, respite care and supported living services and offers adult day activities. The Harbor Regional Center provides family support, referral services and assistance with finding and using community resources. The center, in addition offers affordable housing opportunities through Home Ownership for Personal Empowerment (HOPE), which deals in residential properties, single-family homes, duplexes and condominiums. The Harbor Regional Center maintains a location in Torrance, Calif.

Not impressed. They literally can't be bothered to email or call the parents when a class is cancelled and yet they have today's schedule up in their courtyard! Get it together folks.
