The Harbor Regional Center is a private, nonprofit corporation that serves individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The center provides early childhood and adult training sessions, as well as organizes workshops, seminars and sessions by guest speakers on topics related to infant programs and parenting skills. It specializes in early and behavioral intervention, respite care and supported living services and offers adult day activities.
