I personally had a miserable experience with HPM. Whenever I made a request for something that needed to be fixed, it was done in the cheapest way possible by a "handyman" that did a far worse job...

ZERO STARS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! We lived at one of their properties for 2 years. they have a terrible response time to maintenance requests. we had our heater go out last year and it took them...

In a hard industry, Harbor provides a full team and does a great job vetting applicants. Shana in particular really helped make our transition to a new tenant much easier.
