I got the black tea salted cheese with boba. Left and walked about a street away as I drank. The boba was melted and really mushy. I hateeeee going back to "complain" LOL but it was REALLY BAD....

This place is not bad. Tho my fellow boba connoisseurs think the HL in Newark is better. The matcha waffle had a mochi texture to it. The original waffle tasted very normal. Thea go lemonade slush...

Terrible experience. I paid $1 extra for salted cheese on the side, and instead of giving me a proper container with a lid, they just put it in a cup and covered it with plastic wrap. Seriously?...
