She has worked at such places as Century 21 gaining her experience until she decided to open up her own company. Joined with her daughter who after graduating at UCR helped her opened up Assured Funding. Assured Funding also has a sister company, Unique Properties Real Estate. This company is the real estate side which got started with the help of Rose's brother-in-law, Frank T. Lucero. Frank had been a top producing agent working for Re/Max, Century 21, he became a manager at Century 21 and last worked at Re/Max.
