Since Jim Hanson opened the agency in downtown Porterville in 1958, it has been locally owned and has consistently offered something that cannot be bought - personal service. This high level of customer service still rings true today! Sara Durham, the current owner, has over 40 years of experience as a Certified Travel Consultant and has traveled extensively herself.
