Hansei is a debut concept by Chef Chris Ono, presented by the Japanese American Cultural Community Center (JACCC) in Los Angeles. With a focus on LA Nikkei cuisine, Hansei offers a unique dining experience that combines Japanese philosophy with a contemporary touch, reflecting Ono's upbringing in the city.

Through his culinary expertise gained from Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, Ono aims to celebrate and preserve Japanese American culture, reconnecting with his roots as a fourth-generation Japanese American.
