One of the best workouts you can get is at a rock climbing gym like Hangar 18. They change out a section every week to keep the courses fresh, and every month or so there's a completely new set....
Day pass is fair. Doesn't have a weightlifting gym though and the climbs transition from easy to hard. What ever grade is in the middle of that scale is pretty soft.
Workers are super friendly!! Favorite location due to how friendly they are. Climbs are unique in different ways and the people here are super helpful :).
