Handy Man Dan

History

Dan jumped into the service industry by trying his hand as a chimney sweep. It worked well for him and he was able to quickly develop a growing group of satisfied and repeat customers. But chimney cleaning is seasonal, so he needed to branch out into something else during the chimney cleaning offseason. Having been quite the handy Dan for most of his adult life, he expanded his business to include handyman services as well. It was a successful decision as his business grew almost immediately. Starting last year, the demand for his services--both chimney cleaning and handyman--have seen him take on an assistant to meet that demand. So, while he may be busy at times, he runs his business such that he is available to tackle new projects.

Specialties

Dan prides himself on conducting his business with integrity--and his genuine concern for a customer's satisfaction. He will put in the extra time and effort to assure that satisfaction. Sure, repeat business and word of mouth are important, but to Dan, it's more about working with people to be sure everyone is happy in the end.
