I would research other mediators. I cannot go into detail for fear of defamation of character but choose someone else for family law mediation or get a court appointed mediator. PM for details

Penny is not qualified to work with children who need a knowledgeable advocate. She does whatever the more influential attorney wants her to. Such a week person who will let children's lives be...
