My first time here and it was not bad. Very friendly customer service. I ask for a room near the elevator and I was given that room. I enjoyed staying here. I will be back.

We did not research the reviews . Yes everything said is true. Nice staff but noisy and yes bed bugs. We have reported to front desk. Sub par Hampton.

I booked through Expedia. They booked me in a handicap accessible room next to the elevators when I specified a top floor non handicap room. I'm not even handicapped! I also accidentally booked...
