I bought an Essie nail polish for $7 and it was not 100% full. Not new and it was so thick that I couldn't apply it evenly. I took it back and the owner wouldn't allow an exchange or refund....

Hair Essentials is the name but they don't have bleach powder/ developer??? That's an essential... Very annoying and seems to almost be false advertising. If you say you've gt the essentials......
