This place needs experience people . I was a walk in with long hair and wanted an A-line. I walked out with a straight cut to my shoulders. No layers no style. Now I have to get it fix somewhere...

I Went in to the facility asking for an ombré and I left with an over grown highlights. I went home and called the store spoke to Nicole the woman who done my hair and told her how I was not happy...
