Toru multi-talented hair artist was born and raised in Japan where he was exposed to the trendy fashion scene as an early age. What started off as an interest in the hair industry quickly became a passion since he started his dream journey from 2006. Through meticulous training in top of hair salon in Tokyo for 5 years and his creativity, perfection for hair he was quickly gaining recognition for his work. In hopes of exploring his creativity elsewhere he came to LA in 2012 and has found his signature style. Toru is the best! I've been going to him for 3 years or so now. I used to get my highlights by some celebrity colorists in the West Hollywood area, but honestly Toru understands Asian hair much...
