We had a late lunch at this mexican restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the menudo and I had the enchiladas suizas and both were amazing. The service was excellent as well....

History
The inspiration behind Hacienda Tequilas came to Carlos Patino when he came to the central valley from Colorado and noticed that there was a lack of truly authentic Mexican food restaurants. Carlos took an early liking to the city of Clovis and decided to take action with the goal of providing great authentic food, drinks, and service, at a reasonable price. Carlos is uncompromising with his quality. He goes as far as bringing in over 40 different kinds of tequila from Mexico along with utilizing only the freshest produce. Hacienda Tequilas is a family owned and operated business. Carlos' wife Maria, and son Carlos Jr also work at the restaurant and give it a very personal feel when it comes to hospitality.
