The instructor is fantastic, the pace of the class is variable per your skill level and the cooldown is phenomenal. Trifecta for a good yoga class.

Simple. Clean. Spacious. Great hot yoga classes and I have found it to be a great studio where I have learned a lot. The teachers help make adjustments. I have really enjoyed Harper's morning class.
