Solid kid's park in the Fair Oaks area with a splash pad perfect for kiddos. Would be nice if there were more splash pad-adjacent toys or interactive components, as well as more shaded structures...

It's a nice park, but it's just really small. There are 2 kids playgrounds next to each other, and both are tiny. There's also a small picnic area. There's tiny splash zone with only 2 toys....
