Guardian Angel Home Health Agency, Inc. is a STAND-ALONE business that is located at: 980 Enchanted Way, Unit 206, Simi Valley, CA 93065 We are NOT affiliated with Guardian Angel Home Care that has offices in Ventura city. Guardian Angel Home Health Agency, Inc. was established by a Registered Nurse who, along with her family, built a family-owned business. We are DHS Licensed, JCAHO and CMS certified, with over 15 years of Home Health experience. We have properly licensed and experienced staff of nurses, CHHAs, PTs, OTs, STs, RDs and MSWs -whose main mission is to provide extraordinary and caring experience for the patients and their families. Our areas of coverage include Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. We are always open for recommendations to improve our quality of service in the office and on the field, because we are very invested in learning about how we can create a healthy environment for ourselves, our staff, our patients and our community.
