It has three operating subsidiaries in the United States: Valley Transit Company, Crucero USA and Americanos USA. In addition, Greyhound Lines Inc. has interline partnerships with a number of independent bus lines across the United States. Its travel services unit offers charter packages for businesses, conventions, schools and other groups.

The ticket counter employee ladies are always rude and unpleasant. Every single one of them. Go to the Amtrak station instead. Way better attitudes. Negative people can go to hell.

Greyhound was terrible!! They never showed up at all and stole my money! I came almost an hour early and waited over an hour after my departure time and the bus never showed up! Stick with amtrak...
