Dr. Raj Vyas is a board-certified UCI Health plastic surgeon who specializes in adult and pediatric facial surgery. His clinical focus is on reconstruction of congenital, traumatic and cancer conditions, as well as adult aesthetic facial surgery. His clinical interests include cleft palate and craniofacial surgery, migraine surgery, rhinoplasty, facial reanimation procedures and pediatric plastic surgery.He earned his medical degree at UCLA, followed by a residency in Harvard University's combined plastic surgery residency program in Boston, Mass. He also completed a craniofacial surgery fellowship at New York University's Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery in New York City.Vyas leads multidisciplinary specialty care teams at UCI Health and Children's Health of Orange County (CHOC) that focus on a range of facial conditions and disorders. He has expertise in microvascular surgery as well as computer-assisted virtual surgical planning.He also has many basic science, translational and clinical research interests, as well as a passion for international cleft palate outreach and research. He is a member of several professional societies, the author of numerous book chapters and publications, and a lecturer at national and international conferences.

Dr. Hao-Hua Wu is a fellowship-trained UCI Health orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in the management of cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine disorders.He earned his medical degree at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He is the author of many peer-reviewed articles in preeminent orthopaedic journals, including Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, Journal of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and Spine Deformity. His work in global health includes academic partnerships with surgeons in low- and middle-income countries, such as Malawi and Tanzania. As a faculty member for Elsevier's Clinical Key Global Challenge, he has given international lectures on leadership in medical school, such as Strategies for Conflict Resolution and Emotional Intelligence: The Art of Succeeding in Medical School. He is recognized as the lead author of the seven-textbook Gunner Goggles series, which is the first exam prep resource to integrate augmented reality. He is in the process of publishing a book on leadership for medical students.
