Took my two kids here for haircuts. One and only plus is you can sign in online ahead of time to decrease wait times. Other than that, I can't say much that is positive. Both girls had haircuts...

Got my hairs butchered by a friendly looking red hair lady. I was so polite and even tipped her. I asked her for a flared bob cut and she made my hair so choppy and greasy. I'm literally so upset....
