The wait was long even when checking in online. No one likes to wait. We waited about 1 hour. Staff can be a lil more welcoming, that's my opinion they are okay.

I like to get my hair cut about every 3 weeks, so I'm happy getting it cut where the price is reasonable. This location keeps going up... I believe it's now the most expensive in the IE....
