My car wouldn't start this morning and couldn't have been more disappointed since I was planning on visiting my 7 week old grandson in Walnut Creek which is about an hour ride (not in rush hour)...

Rude customer service with using "F" word, never came across a business with such attitude. Incompetent staff, towed car unable to locate in the lot. They are just milking the city and insurance...
