Grazing Theory is Temecula's first and only award-winning Lavish Charcuterie, Wine & Cheese Shop! We started as a catering company in 2019 and opened our first brick and mortar in November 2020 in the height of the pandemic in the historic Vail Headquarters, Temecula CA. We supply local wineries/businesses with mini charcuterie boxes, cater weddings and all life's celebrations, offer workshops, host community events, and offer wine + cheese flights daily at the shop.
