Graze and Gather Meats was the inspire of co-founders Michael Puglisi and Steve Sabicer. After years of building Electric City Butcher, the #1 butcher shop in Orange County, they thought it would be a good idea to bring the same approach to their community. Steve had lived in Claremont for more than a decade. When Michael moved to town in 2021, it was time to share the importance of the relationship between the rancher, the butcher and the consumer in their own backyards.
