History

We established our firm in 1974 in Santa Ana, California. From that one office, we have grown to eleven offices, serving all venues in California. If it's filed in California, we have an office to handle it. Then, as now, we specialize in handling Workers' Compensation and all aspects of civil litigation, with an emphasis on 132a, serious & willful, subrogation, employment law, and insurance defense, including construction, product liability and real property litigation. We have also recently added key services such as Certified Impairment Ratings under the AMA Guides. Our firm takes great pride in the reputation we have earned within the legal and judicial community. Our work speaks for itself. We have been, and continue to be, a leader in the industry in education for adjusters and the claims community.
