History

Yushen Lai's Taekwondo Academy, since 1983, has been serving the South Bay area, specifically in the communities of Carson & Torrance. Taekwondo is unsurpassed in building strength, cardiovascular fitness & flexibility, helping children and adult alike develop Self-Defense skill, Self-Confidence and Self-Discipline. Our program is also specially designed to instill the following: Concentration & Self-Control, Character & Self-Esteem, Sincerity, Respect and Traditional Family Values. Our students speak proudly of improved muscle tone, weight loss, lower stress levels, and higher energy as a result of training from Taekwondo.
