Learning to defend against a larger and stronger attacker is what is emphasized in our classes. We help you gain a new sense of confidence, self-awareness, focus, and while encouraging you to be an upright citizen within your community . Beginners will develop a strong foundation on the fundamentals of Self-Defense within this martial art. We strive to teach the complete art of Jiu-Jitsu, which includes its philosophy, striking techniques, throwing techniques, stand-up self-defense, and grappling (ground techniques). We use and teach Gracie Jiu-Jitsu methodology and are members in good standing with the Jiu-Jitsu Global Federation as a Certified Independent Academy.
