Tek Comm has been incorporated in the state of California since 1995. The founding owner was a successful manager and executive for both GTE and UCLA. Tek Comm was originally formed as an independent pay phone provider. Within its first year, the company responded to numerous customer requests for voice and data communication services. Soon after, a division was established to provide voice and data network installation and maintenance as a specialized service to our customers. As time passed, Tek Comm's main focus shifted to providing wiring, cabling, and other CPE related services to a wide variety of customers.In 1997, the company expanded its framework through continued hiring, training, and certification, to offer design and installation services for: Security Systems, Loud Speaker Systems and CATV.Tek Comm continues its growth by providing responsive and reliable telecommunication services to: large retail outlets, food chains, motion picture companies, public schools, and other businesses through partnerships with various affiliates.In 2000, Tek Comm became a Verizon vendor approved for both CPE and Central Office installation services.In 2004 the company was sold.
