We started this business in September 1996. After years in the music industry and years in food and wine.

We are a mobile business. We sell cheese, charcuterie, grass fed beef, Jidori Chicken, Kurobuta pork, lamb and duck. We deliver in Los Angeles and Orange counties. And you can find us Sundays at the Melrose Place farmers' market.
