Ombre brows is a semi-permanent makeup procedure, it is a process in which a trained technician uses a tattoo machine and needle to deposit pigment on the epidermis layer of the skin. The results are lighter in color at the front of the brow and gradually get darker towards the end of the tail, resembling a makeup look. This technique is suitable for all skin types, especially for those who have oily skin, combination and/or mature skin.
