History

Gorgeous hair salon was one of the first salons opened in Selma in 1982 know as shear Odyssey. Until Mary hernandez owner decided to open a new location as the first Gorgeous Salon after a few years Mary and her husband Cat hernandez decided to open another new and bigger location in 1998. Since then the Establishment grew into gorgeous hair n nail salon & Cats barber shop. Mary & Cats shop did very well until an Unfortunate tragedy happened to the building recently in 2016. Due to a water line that busted threw the walls in the building. After that the building was condemned and they had to move there business! But to all bad thing something good came out of it. Mary and Cat got offers a new location on east front st. Since then gorgeous hair salon & Cats barber shop was back in business. Now as of this year 2018 the Establishment has done well to know go threw a expansion. Gorgeous hair salon & Cats barber shop Now will remain to continue business with are Community/ clientele
