Manager Samoan big lady was racist towards me. I was returning shoes it didn't fit my kid. I was told I can get a refund if they don't fit. She said only exchange & I explain to her it was not...

It's crazy that they have 3 dressing rooms and you can't use any. Then you can't even get your money back if it doesn't fit you, have to get an exchange.
