Bad attitude. Not consistent. Communicate better when donations are being dropped off. Do not make hand gestures that can be taken as a threat( closed fists to the hand!! )

Usually a great place to shop as well as donate. However, the gentleman who receives donations is turning away furniture (undamaged) causing individuals to drive to Deseret Industries to donate....
